“Purchased 162 dollars of merchandise, four bras and a package of 4 panties. Can't review the panties as they never arrived. Turns out they were on backorder for a month or more and didn't find out until I contacted Brayola to find out what was wrong. Refund for bras was snaffued as well, only recieved a refund for 2 of the 4 bras until I contacted customer service to ask why. The woman I spoke with checked and said she didn't know why I didn't get a refund for all four bras and provided a refund for the other two. So I got the refund but not until I called to have the problem corrected. The only good thing I can say about this company is their customer service representatives have all been helpful and friendly but overall communication regarding orders and refunds not so great. I also realized I am not the kind of person who can purchase bras by looking at a picture on a website. I need to try them on. Had to pay shipping for items returned which is stated clearly on the website but it feels like I paid shipping costs to do nothing but try on the bras. Not sure if everyone has a problem with their website emptying the cart before having the opportunity to check out but that was also a frustrating experience. Shopping cart kept zeroing out while I was shopping. I contacted Braola about the website issue and got no response. So overall even if the products are decent I can't recommend Braola and won't. Hopefully others have had a better shopping experience.”
