“I ordered two of these bras more than a month and a half ago. My credit card was charged immediately, but as of today the order was still unfulfilled. When I called, I was told that they are "just a third party vendor" and charging the card before the order is fullfilled is their policy. I was given the option to cancel my order (I did) but it will take up to a week to refund my card. The people seem nice, and I suspect the product would be, too... if it ever arrived. Poor customer experience all around.”
