“First, they run small. And when I wanted to return them, they were not much help. If you don't have a computer to print out the return label, you are out of luck. My other choice was to take it to the post office. If I could get around I would have shopped at a store that I could try it on. Not ever trying this again. With all the wonderful on line places to shop, this is definitely one to avoid!”

“These bras were a gift for my 93 year old mother. She didnt even try them on as I ordered wrong size. They were returned same day as the arrived. We got their shipping lable, did exactly as instructed. They have not given me a refund. It has been a month. I would not do business with these crooks ever again!”

“There are several reasons I would not recommend this bra: 1) I ordered it one size larger than I normally wear and it is still small; 2) The straps do not have enough elasticity and dig into my shoulders; and 3) The front closure is extremely difficult to fasten. Unfortunately, I was in the hospitable when my order arrived and was unable to return this bra within the 30 day return period or I would have returned it. I love ordering from Brayola but this bra is very disappointing.”

“I ordered the wrong size so my error. I haven't been able to order something different. Your customer service is ok. It took a while to get figured out how I could return the two bras I had picked out. I don't have a printer for printing return paperwork out. Hopefully you can get something put out to make it easier for returns. I do believe you have great products . I do have a lot of friends that buy from Brayola. I'll try again!!”
