“I had high hopes; but, thus, another disappointment. The cups were way too wide for my narrow frame. There is not an "industry standard" bra that really fits me. Maybe that is why so many women wear the "wrong size.”

“This bra appeared to be the style that will support my breasts, so I bought a 36. I tried it on, too big. Flappy cups. Stupidly, I cut off the tags. I returned it, with the tags and asked to exchange for a 34. The order was entered at once. I mentioned in a later email I had removed, but returned the tags. I had an email at once, they could not replace the tags and so there would be no refund. I tried on the 34 when it came. The under wires hung forward instead of fitting my chest. I put it in the Goodwill bag. Their return policy does not include shipping. But that they do not have a tag gun to replace the tags is unbelievable. They insinuated since the tags were gone I, gasp, wore it, flapping and all, before I returned it and therefore returning it was against the law.”
