“Nowhere near a 38D. Material is very skimpy and wouldnt last long. I would like to exchange it for a more substantial bra. I have bought several bras from you and they have been very good quality. This one is simply not”

“The Brayola sizing suggestion was not a match and I did not try on my two bras. I returned them immediately--all tags and original package since I did not open bras. I tracked the return (received April 16 in Breinigsville) and received an email acknowledging the return of 1 bra--not 2. I corrected this to 2 bras via return email to customer service. Credit to be processed in 10-20 business day. I called to ask about reordering and had a few questions. 25 minutes wasted twice. Nearly an hour--and having to listen to their repeated selling line over and over again, "Brayola makes bra shopping easy and affordable." No, you do not. An hour of my time wasted does not make you a bargain online retailer.”
