“The bra I ordered was in no way true to my size---way too big. It took FOREVER on back order. Although-- customer service was very efficient with getting back to my contacting them. I had to send the bra back to returns & have not received notice if they have received it back nor have I seen in my account where a refund was given. I paid the shipping costs due to not being able to print any return label & haven't been notified of that refund either as of yet. Don't know if I will reorder again even though there is a variety of good brason this site. Many I liked were not available in my size.”

“I have never been so disappointed in my life. After letting the straps out as far as they would go I couldn't even get the bra to the bottom of my breasts. I am only 5'7" so its not like I have a really long torso. I hate having to ship stuff back, but for this amount I have to.”
