“Wrong item packed and Brayola refuses to send me correct item until I call them again 7 or 8 days after my first call to them telling them I didn’t receive my 3rd bra that I ordered. And this was several days after I received the initial order. I am extremely disappointed in their customer service. I am still waiting....they have had my payment since the day I placed the order. Very poor customer service! The Lillyette bra is great. Wish I could get that last bra I paid for.”

“No call back, three incident numbers... no investigations. I threw away $148.00, and no Customer Setvice Help. Never Again. I’ll spread this word. I’m so disappointed in Brayola :/”
