“It came used and stained with someone else’s blood. I complained, sent picture, back and forth, had another (different) bra sent to me but NEVER got my money back. I had to pay for the new bra. Horrible customer service, will never recommend to anyone.”

“My bra came I realized right away that it was not a padded bra as it appears in the picture, which was probably my fault. I should have read the description more closely. The problem was that the return postage was not paid by Brayola, so I ended up having to pay six dollars and now I don’t have a bra to show for it. I probably won’t order from this company again, because I do not wish to pay the return shipping each time I want to return a bra. Sometimes it takes several tries before finding the right fit. There are other companies out there that will allow several returns and they will pay the postage. Their bras may cost more, but in the end you have a bra that fits and not lots of $$ wrapped up in postage.”

“The third prong on the back clasp bent really early on and it is difficult to close now. Pops open often. I didnt bend it either, not sure how it happened as it is in the back.”
