“You charged my account, didn’t apply my $21.60 discount and tell me to wait until February 10 for it to hopefully arrive. Don’t think your other customers had such miserable service. Reached out three times for help in tracking it but was told to wait and maybe it wasn’t scanned along the way. NEVER had anything take SO LONG to get here!!”
