“bought a bra for $31.50. Charged me $5.99 to ship it to me. It fit terribly (and I went through the whole perfect fit process). They charged me $6 for shipping it back. I paid out of pocket a total of $43.49 and my refund was only $25.50. Would you go into a store and try on a bra if they told you it would cost you $12 to try it on if you decided it didn't fit right? I won't be a repeat customer.”
