HI Patti, We can see from our records that you spoke to Simone on the phone and Lillie by email. It's a little unfair to say you tried to get a response and didn't. We can see you have disputed the items on Paypal, however it can take up to 10 business days to process a refund. As soon as it has been processed we will send the money back to you :)
