“I ordered according to sizing instructions. Product came and I could not even come close to fitting into it. Customer service was deaf and just kept repeating the party line. I will do all that I can to warn those that I know of your deceptive measures and lack of customer service solutions.”

“The bra's did not live up to the description. Poorly made and miss sized. The size was not consistent with other brands for cup size. Returned the bras and checked to see if they had been received, was informed by customer service that I will be refunded only for the price of the bras but not the shipping cost that I paid. This is unfair due to the fact the bras were not as advertised. Still waiting for my refund.”

“I was so excited about this bra....I ordered 5 of them....unfortunately assuming they would fit as they looked perfect, I immediately put them in the washing machine on fragile....could not wait to wear them....they are fine except they ride up my breast as the straps are too short...I am 5'7" so that should not have been an issue....after a few hours of wearing the bra my shoulder hurt....if only the bra straps were a little longer the bra would be perfect.....”

“I couldn't believe how uncomfortably "scratchy" the fastener is in the back; since I threw out the box, realized I couldn't return it appropriately even though it laundered well. Very sad since I purchased two and they were cute.”
