“I bought 2 of these bras for my sister-in-law who is in a nursing home. She loves them. But, I won't be purchasing any more from Brayola. Reason, The last one I order I was supposed to get a 10% discount off my order and I did not. You said my credit card had been credited, but received my bill today and it was not credited. So I can't believe you at your word. So, you have lost me as a customer. Thank you for your time.”

Hi Gloria, I think you are mistaken, we refunded you the 10% when you requested. We have sent you the proof via email. We really do stick with what we say, and value each and every customer. Please let us know if this is not correct.
