“Lets see if I can remember the order. Ordered three. Sent 2 back. Never got a credit. I called and was told the credit will be available "now". Went back and ordered 3 more. No credit. I paid anyway. Heard nothing for months. Get an email saying my credit is now less than half of what it was supposed to be. I guess the balance was ticking down as I waited to hear anything. Either way. No more Brayola for me. I'll go to the mall instead.”
