“The item was irregularly sized. The company charges an outlandish shipping rate . Then to get your item and find out that it is irregularly shaped they won't return shipping. So in my case I paid 8.00 to get it shipped to Mr and 3.00 to send it back. This totaled half of what I paid for item. On top of it all I had to call them to get my refund even when I tracked my item as it made it to the company. They just are aweful to deal with.”
