“A couple of my friends recommended your bras so I thought I would take a chance and get one. I had a problem when I received it, they had sent me the wrong size (a 38-B instead of a 40DD) but when I called about it the person I spoke to was very helpful and sent the correct size out right away with no charge for a return. I really appreciated that. It was a little snug so I'm ordering the next size up.”

“When I received my order (Invoice # 826477) the wrong item (Size 40DD) was inside. I called and got Support ticket #172179. I sent a picture of the bra I received as I was instructed. I returned the wrong item: tracking # 9202090196411000584142. I have not received an exchange or a refund. No response.”
