“Ordered 2 bras, rec'd one w/no explanation. Emailed and they said oh one's on back order, maybe another 5, 6 weeks - would you like to substitute a similar item. No, I want the one I ordered. Will not order again until I original order is complete.”

“I don't know how this bra fits. After several emails and calls to customer service (?) my requests were not followed. At this point the bras I ordered may have been delivered and could be the right size but I'm not at home so can't say. I was very excited to find your site but doubt I will ever order again.”
