“I purchased a bra that was defective...the padding was not positioned correctly. I printed a label and sent it back. I was told it would cost me $6.00 postage. I called to ask about this and was told because I just returned it and did not CALL them first I had to pay the postage. There was nothing to indicate that I should "call" about the defect and I naturally just returned the defective item. It isn't the $6.00 it is the entire attitude of the person I talked to about this. I t was a good lesson for $6.00.”
