“The materials used in the construction of the sides of this bra were very thin, scratchy and appeared very cheap. The fit was off by miles. Overall a really disappointing bra. As for dealing with Brayola, not the best customer service experience. The response from Latoya was pretty dismissive- kind of a ‘too tough’ attitude. The return was not free - $6, and 7 days after Brayola received my return I still have not received a credit. Wouldn’t recommend either the bra or Brayola to a friend.”
