“Never received two of the panties and I wrote you twice. And the Bras need to be returned sue to zero lining and I wrote aboit this too. Help by sending me an easy return label and by SENDING me the rest of my order. You said "might still be in transit”

“Like the front fastening (aging makes fastening behind your back an acrobatic move!); like the nude color & simple design. The fit on this design is smaller than usual, as 34DD is my customary size. The return process was VERY frustrating--tried 3x to do online, & ultimately I hand-wrote a label & sent "on my dime". And it cost only $1.40; not $6.00, as you charge for return label. Not a good talking point! Do consider how valuable positive "word-of-mouth" referrals are. Also the converse.”
