“I have ordered many times from your company but this time was very disappointed. The strap adjustment was not the same as I had received before and was not the same as described in the picture or item description. I was very upset and now don’t know whether it was a mistake or if I should try to reorder. Would appreciate some feedback on this item. Thank you”
