“I took the suggestion to order one band size higher since the band is not adjustable. The fit is perfect . Comfortable to wear and does not cause my neck to hurt as with some t back bras or halters bras that I’ve tried.”

“This place is a rip off!!! Their customer service is HORRIBLE!!!! I would never order again for that simple reason!!! They have no idea whether your shipment has delivered or is on back order! They told me to go to all my neighbors and ask if they received my bra in error when it had never shipped! I explained that I received an email it was on back order they then said oh you are right! I asked for a refund at that time and 6 days later I had no confirmation! So I called and again had to go through the fact they believed it delivered and I needed to go talk to my neighbors yet again! So I explained AGAIN that it was on back order! They put me on hold for an extended time and came back to tell me yes it was still on back order! I asked for a refund and they refunded me less then what I paid for the bra! Even though I had the invoice in front of me she argued I paid less! At this point I took what I could and will NEVER order from this place again!!”

HI Erin, I am so sorry to hear that you've had sucha negative experience with us. I can see that you've been refunded for the back ordered item that you've not received. What i can see has happened is that although your order is showing as a backorder it is also showing as shipped. This is an error on our side. I can also see the item is a BOGO and the amount that has been refunded to you is incorrect taking into account the full amount divided by 2. I have now rectified this, and also refunded you for the original shipping charge i can see you have paid for. I really want to apologize for the misunderstanding. “I ordered two, After being on backorder for weeks, i was VERY dissappointed in this bra. I have only worn one and I will be returning the unworn bra. The curved underwires dig into my rib cage (I wear a 38G); the cup fit is not standard - i ordered the same size i've ordered in every bra i've ordered from Brayola, and this one is cut SMALL - the breasts have to be positioned in it for it to come close to fitting and then it's just too small; the (small) clasp turns sideways s soon as it's buckled, it's awful. Will not purchase again, sadly.”
