“Received the bra in a timely fashion and I liked it but it was too small so I returned it. The company accepted my return only they didn’t refund my money and yes I waited until the 20 business days ended. I sent 3 separate emails and received only automated responses saying they opened a ticket. I finally called and was on hold for 10 minutes waiting my turn. The customer service rep issued my refund and I got an email notification 5 minutes later. How many other people are not getting responses to emails? How many other people are not getting their refund without the phone call? I should not have had to do any of those things.”

“This bra is easy to put on and for me to remove even though I have greatly limited movement in my arms from surgery to replace my shoulders when I fell & broke both. Doesn’t hurt either shoulder either, which has been a problem with most front hooks.”

“If I received the bra I could review it but I can't even get the company to contact me. I have tried calling, been on hold 3 times for over 20 mins. each, tried e-mailing them 3 times without any response. The other bra I ordered I love but this one I can't review.”

“I have a disability that makes it almost impossible for me to wear a back closure bra, I’ve tried other front hooking bras, but they never fit right, they were either to uncomfortable or didn’t give me any support. The front closure bra I bought from y’all is wonderful.. perfect amount of support, and, so very comfortable. I’m so happy with it, I will be getting more in the near future.”
