“The bra didn't fit me well, which was no big deal because I could return it. But more than 21 days after Brayola received my package with returned bras, I have yet to receive a refund. Ordering bras online isn't very helpful if you can't return the ones that don't fit. Customer service has not helped me with this issue.”

“I've purchased bras from this site before and been very satisfied. I recently purchased 3 bras. Two of them arrived at least two weeks apart with no apparent explanation. However, I'm still waiting for third bra to arrive, apparently back ordered. First time I've had an issue.”
