I ordered this and paid a lot I think. When I opened it up several pieces were rusted and paint was coming off. I was very disappointed in my purchase. I’ve ordered flags from here a few times and always been great. But this I’m very disappointed in and not sure if I’ll order again. I would at least like my money back or send me a new one in better shape. The round rubber tips you take off ; when u pulled it off ; it was rusted the pieces you had to screw together not only the black paint peeling off
