“The screw that attaches the lower circle so the flag doesn't go up or down should be delivered in its own bag because the slightest movement there were scratches all over the pole I was disappointed with that and it was a little bit smaller than the holder I have on the house so I had to put some wood in it I thought they were all the standard size but otherwise it was OK”

“The USPS was a problem! I live in a rural area and mail is NOT delivered to your home. You have to go to the Post Office to pick up "large packages". They have limited hours "limited" being the key word. I work. The pole is narrower than the wooden poles and I do not understand the extra piece of hardware. Why two places to attach a flag?”
