It’s thinner than any flag pole I’ve ever had. The screw barely meets it to keep it in the bracket. Also it’s supposed to be a non spin, hooking it at both ends to prevent the flag from spinning around & getting wrapped up, that doesn’t work either. It still spins around.

Pole was fine. Customer service was not great. We were never told that there would be a delay in shipping due to the changing of their building. Had we been told we would have found a local vendor instead so that we could have the pole in time for Memorial Day when we fly our Flag in honor of our own lost service men and for all the service men and women.

flag pole was not big enough to fit tight in the flag holder flag should be tight in holder, leaving to hang down instead of hanging straight out tight. was very disappointed with flag pole.

I ordered this flag pole to replace my old one. I didn't need "telescoping" but that's all I could find. However, once I received this, the mechanism that does the telescoping on the pole (to let it out to 6 feet...) was "too fat" for some of my flags to slip over. I'm trying to return this new item but I'm disappointed that your company will not cover the return shipping.

I really like this black flag pole and it accents all of the different colored flags. It looks very sharp in comparison to a plain wooden one that ends up weathering with dried out looking wood, and I think this black metal one will do much better holding up in the elements that we endure in the Midwest.
