“THE FLAGPOLE - It's narrower than a standard flagpole holder, so it swims inside the holder. The little black end cap keeps falling off, so we super-glued it in place. The transparent anti slip sleeve is not preventing the flag from slipping. The included metal clips for holding the flag are not ideal, ours arrived bent. Can you find better clips to use? THE FLAGS - Come up with something better to attach the flags to the poles (maybe grommets). The little pieces of fabric with slits are not "rings," which, by the way, are rather difficult to use - we removed the clips from the flagpole are are using fan pull chains to attach our flags; it's now easier to use those slits. Despite all of those little issues, the flags themselves are colorful and nice to look at. Even so, maybe you want to consider making some changes, which will greatly improve your flags and poles.”

“Part of my order was damaged when I received it and they immediately shipped me another. I sent them photos of the damage and didn't even have to send the damaged parts back! Great company to work with and I highly recommend them. Wish I needed new flags as they have a super variety!”

“Looks great on our house and was a good choice to replace the one that had been there. The adjustment allowance keeps the flag hanging nicely without allowing it to flip up and get caught (and torn ) on the gutter. Overall an excellent purchase price, color and ease of use.”
