“I marked this down because of the shipping company, who were not equipped for home deliveries at all, using just a pallet truck, the expectation seemed to be that I would have facilities to move the pallets off the road, every home has Fork lift doesn’t it? I worked as stone mason for 12 years and I’ve never seen anything like this, they would have been turned away equipped like this.”
