Easy to use, fun to apply - feels so light, I'm worried it isn't working!

Hello1. I normally use Brush on Block SPF30 powder daily, but I use this SPF50 powder if I am going out during the day to run several errands. Especially on my scalp, back of hands, tops of feet if wearing sandals. I will also pop this in my pocket and use as a touch-up if needed. Plus, when Iuse the Sheer Genius cream, this is the perfect touch-up.

Very happy with this purchase. It’s lightweight and doesn’t leave a white cast on my face. It’s also great in warm, humid weather where liquid sunscreen sweats off in minutes. Super easy to reapply on the go.

I had trouble believing this mineral powder would be easy to use and effective... but it is. I find that I'm using it more frequently than regular sunscreen and it works! I just ordered two refills so I never have to be without it.

As a veteran user of Brush on Block SPF30 powder sunscreen, I was really glad that this SPF50 version is now available. If I am going to be spending any extended time in the sun, I use this SPF50 formula. It is just a little extra UV protection (98% vs. 97% for SPF30), but nonetheless, I don't use this SPF50 as often as the SPF30. I like the dark-colored brush to see the powder and to know when to "flick" it. I can use it in tandem with my Sheer Genius SPF cream for extra protection during a hot, sunny day. I use the Sheer Genius cream on my arms and the tops of my feet (wearing sandals). Nice to have options.

I burn easily and wanted a brush on sunscreen for my head where my thinning hair leaves vulnerable scalp areas open to burning as I’m outside. It’s so easy to apply, but I got burned. Well, I wrote a disappointed review and customer service was immediately there to walk me through what could’ve gone wrong. Turns out, after viewing the how-to video, when my stick wasn’t opening to the point the powder protection came into the brush, so I hadn’t actually been protecting my skin. My husband helped me to open the stick fully and out came the sunscreen powder! I’ve used it twice since and was outside for more than an hour in upper desert sun and aside from sweating a lot, my face nor scalp got burned, and it’s a nifty leakless sunscreen I can slip in my purse to reapply easily! Excellent customer service

Hi Roberta, we're so sorry to hear you got burned. Our products are rigorously tested multiple times per batch to comply with FDA regulations to offer at least the coverage stated if not more. While using sunscreen is beneficial, it is not 100% blocking the sun's harmful rays. The best forms of protection are to use common sense methods like wearing a hats/clothing rated for SPF and staying out of the sun in the heat of the day. We want to be sure you have a better experience next time, so we'll have a member of our team reach out directly with some application tips and instructions.

I am thrilled to have recently discovered this product through a fb advertisement. It is much more comfortable to wear than creams and works great.

Goes on smoothly and has a nice lightweight feel. It does prevent burns on my face and neck.
