“My girls are in love with this sunscreen! I love that we don’t have to fight to get it on because there is no greasy or sticky feeling. I was skeptical that is wouldn’t actual work on my very active girls, but we have not had one sunburn while using the brush on sunscreen. I love the Sheer Genius lotion as it is more of what I expect and know I have good coverage. No white cast after putting on!”

“I LOVE the brush on powder and I like the cream. The brush application is easy, the product lightweight, and with proper application I get full coverage. I wear this over makeup on my face, I brush it down the part in my hair, and I even bush it over my arms and hands when needed. I am allergic to UV-B rays so having a simple way to reapply sunscreen throughout the day is crucial. This is a life saver, and my favorite sunblock I've found! I am ordering more and looking forward to when refills of the SPF 50 strength are available.
The cream application is pretty smooth and absorbs well for a zinc-based sunblock, and I do not notice a white caste if I am careful about rubbing in the product. It does feel a bit heavy on my face for the first half hour or so after application, which makes it difficult to apply under/before makeup. It doesn't stand up to sweat very well. Not sure I'll reorder this one but it's the best barrier-style sunblock in cream form that I've found so far...still hoping there's a better one out there though!”

“Sadly I had to return these items. I did not like the scent of the lotion sunscreen and the powder sunscreen was not the correct tone for my skin. My skin is more of a golden tone and the powder showed up pink on me. The delivery was quick but I had to pay to send the items back for the return so I’m giving 2 stars.”

The Sheer Genius lotion doesn't have any scent added to hide the natural smells of the working ingredients and to keep it as "clean" as possible. Our Translucent powders are great for most skin tones, but there can be exceptions. We do offer our SPF 30 in a Tinted version that may blend into your skin tone better? “Love these products. I wear sunscreen every day and prefer an SPF 50 at minimum. It is hard to find an SPF 50 without a lot of chemicals so I was thrilled when I found this product. I apply the liquid SPF in the morning under my makeup and use the powder throughout the day to reapply sun protection over my makeup. The powder is a little tricky to get out and I do sometimes question how much coverage it applies, but it is better than not reapplying. I used the powder on my kiddos who hate putting on sunblock and they did not seem to mind it that much.”
