“I’ve tried many a tool but this one really works. I live in a humid climate and frizz is finally under control without having to go to a salon. Hair is soft, not dried out. It gives a gentle curl and I flip my shoulder length hair out and in depending on mood. I purchased both size brushes due to length of hair. Shout for customer service: The first brush received appeared to be faulty (ionizer light did not activate). Email to customer service resulted in immediate replacement.”
