I have just finished a brutal year long journey training exclusively with brute force programs from beginner to tier1 utilizing the bags, vest, and kettlebells. I am now in the best shape of my life and ready for anything. My heart is stronger and I just feel better. Have not found a more engaging system that keeps me coming back for a break down and build up, week after week. Thanks guys for all that you have put into your product and training.

These workouts challenged me and helped me reach fitness goals I would not have thought possible. The 4 day/week layout is great, and each workout could be modified even after you’ve gone through the program (ie. adding reps, extending AMRAPS, etc) to continue pushing yourself. I’m so glad I decided to purchase it!

Great plan that has pushed me beyond the normal daily Brute Force workouts. I have really enjoyed the mix of strength and intensity. Noticing the gain both physically and mentally. Great job!

This workout is sick,,,,in a good way. You want a workout with brute force sandbags? This will make a brute force believer out of you!

Easy to follow only had to look up a few exercises or get clarification. The instructions are well thought out and giving rest as being as important as the workouts is very helpful
