I ordered the wrong size keyboard (open box edition) and they fully refunded me my purchase and even paid for the return shipping in my reimbursement. Of course I immediately ordered the correct size and love the product. I love the fact that it makes my ipad look like a mini Macbook. “When I ordered the new keyboard I was unaware that it didn't have a back for the iPad. It was difficult to tell from the photos and the description didn't mention it. Had to pay $20 to send it back.”
