“I needed a new keyboard for my 9.7 iPad Pro and kept ordering it from other venues and was repeatedly sent the “gold or” instead of just “gold”. Through these other sources I was sent 4 “gold or” keyboards which didn’t match the straight gold I needed. At that point I was extremely frustrated. I finally contacted Brydge and was told that the 2019 iPad Pro only comes in Rose Gold which matches Brydge’s “gold or”. But all the other venues stated on their websites that they were selling just gold instead of “gold or” which caused the confusion. Your employee recommended I buy an open box keyboard to get the correct color which I did and my problem was solved. And the open box product appeared to be like new. No problem at all. Thanks for your help.”

“Hands down the best tablet keyboard I have ever used. The solid metal construction is amazing. It types very well too. While not a full size keyboard, it provides an adequate experience for sending emails and typing notes into Evernote.”

“I bough one these units a few years ago. Basiya good product but had dam problem as the older one. The little rubber bumpers that separate the iPad from keyboard came off the ,1st week of use. I am expecting the micro usb socket too break. I contacted you guys on my first keyboard, 2x, but no reply. Let's see if you guys respond”
