“I purchased this keyboard ~1 year ago when I started a new job, that required me to do most of my notes/documentation on an older iPad. The company I worked for gave me several cheap Amazon keyboards, which fell apart easily, were not reliable (connectivity issues), and just overall glitchy. My job requires me to do a significant amount of documentation quickly, efficiently throughout a long day (8-10hrs), so battery life and reliability was very important to me. So far, I never had issues with connectivity, and with using this keyboard daily, I get at least a good 2-3 weeks of battery before each full charge (it actually never died on me before). The keys function much like a real laptop, and the weight with the open/close feature at the hinge really made my work iPad feel like a laptop. My job made a slight upgrade and gave me an iPad Pro instead, and the old shims for this keyboard did not fit (thickness wise). I reached out to customer support and wondered if another shim would available, as I really love my keyboard as is. Within such a timely manner, they responded, shipped me new shims free of charge, and I just placed them on— and they fit PERFECT! Now I can continue to use this keyboard just as I intend to. I absolutely love it and have recommended it to many of my co-workers and other professionals in my field who also have to rely on iPads for their work. Many of them argue about the price-point, but honestly— for how seamless this device works and how easy it has made my overall day-to-day work, the price-point is definitely worth it. Should I ever have to upgrade to a new keyboard, I will definitely be purchasing again with Brydge.”

“I bought this keyboard and was pleased with its ease of use. One day two months later it suddenly quit. It did not respond to a recharge. No key worked. The tech had me try a couple things, none of which worked—no key ever worked again. Finally she conceded to honor the warranty and send a new one. It quit after just one month but rebounded with a recharge for a little more than a month. Then it did the exactly the same thing the first one did. It did not respond with recharging. I would recommend this keyboard to no one.”
