“Keyboard I purchased for my iPad 3 years ago quite working, received discount for new one and ordered. Did not work. Slow to respond and short answers that didn’t always give a full answer. I had to destroy keyboard and send video (which was fine), then was told there would be no warranty on the replacement being sent. After more emails, person indicated they thought it was purchased in 2020 vs that it was a new one that was sent. Did not receive response to last email. There are quite a few of these keyboards that have quit working or have not worked out of the box.”

“I love this keyboard. This is my second one. But, in both cases, within a month of recieving it and using it daily, the two little rubber bumpers at the bottom of the kebaord (where it closes) come out. It doesn’t affect the usage of it, but seems like an easy fix if they are glued in or something. Just annoying. I just toss them - once they come out, they won’t stay in again.”

“I bought this keyboard over a year ago and this thing is awesome. The battery life is great, the Bluetooth connection is spot on, the keys ar so easy to to type on and the feel of the keyboard is perfect for me. The only issue I have, and unfortunately keeps me from using this keyboard all the time, is the rubber protectors that kept the screen off of the keyboard quickly came off and now I can not carry the iPad for fear of scratching the screen on the ipad. I spoke to customer service and they instructed me to destroy the keyboard and send them pictures before a replacement would be sent. I do not have a desire to destroy a perfectly great keyboard but I would love to get more rubber guards so I can replace them as I need too. Otherwise, I will never buy another Bluetooth keyboard as long as I have this one.”
