“I currently own a new Gen. 5 iPAD and my Brydge keyboard is for a Gen. 3 iPAD. The new Magnetic cover fits the Gen 5 iPAD very well. But, when combined with the Gen. 3 Keyboard the cover does not completely fix properly. Notice the hinge area of the cover in the. picture attached. There is nothing to prevent the cover from slipping and this is quite disturbing. Why purchase a new keyboard when my current keyboard is still working properly. I still have a keyboard that fix the original 12.9 “ iPAD Pro and it just sits on the shelf. It is still operational and works well. But, no one wants it for the much older iPAD Pro (12.9”. Thus, a 4 star rating. I love your products, but wish you had a trade in program so that we could always update to the latest and greatest. Thank you.”

“iPad cover sent to replace the covers that were the wrong size has not ben received. It never arrived, I paid for a cover, sent the wrong size, was reassured the right size was on its way and never arrived. I have spent time, one and a great deal of anxiety over this purchase and am still without anything that I ordered. Very disappointing. Though this had be resolved and satisfied. I am still in the space of being ripped off. Thank you. I cannot recommend dealing with this company to anyone. Catherine Green 604-818-0075”
