“It took me a while to receive the correct magnetic backing. That part is not very good. It easily falls off, and is annoying. The keyboard is excellent.”

“I am not sure if it is just me, but the magnetic cover for the newer iPad Pro doesn’t seem to stick to the iPad as good as one for the previous iPad Pro. Still like having the protection though.”

“I was very happy with the customer service but unfortunately my cover dose not stay on my iPad properly with only slight movement it falls off :(”

“It makes a sound when I tried to close it, not sure if it's my unit only or the whole batch, but when I close the iPad it doesn't close evenly, I need to make pression on the hinge to be able to close, and that's when it sounds, sounds like something is cracking. The trackpad is not that great too.”

“Cover continues to slide off or knocked off the back of the iPad such as pulling out of back pack. Very disappointing.”
