“Sets the Surface vertically and out of the way. Looks more like a piece of art than the old style docks. Easy... plug in monitor and power and set the Surface in it. Done.”

“Purchased in December, worked out of the box for a day or two, stopped working. Customer support was helpful, back up and running. DO NOT rely on this for work-it will go blank on you 8 or 10 times a day, which is a worst-case scenario when half your life is zoom meetings and other assorted video calls. The customer support answer was "make sure your computer is updated". I got in the laborious habit of updating every morning before work...after a week or two, that no longer helped. I've been using a cheap little 15$ hub from Amazon that has worked flawlessly -never an issue. The brydge docking station is now relegated to being a VERY expensive paperweight. Proceed with caution.”

“I received my brydge vertical docking station about a week ago, excited to get it on my desk at work for my surface laptop go. The first day, I had immediate success, so easy to use, looks great on the desk. Since then, it only works about half the time. Now it’s just an expensive paperweight. I don’t have time to dock the computer and HOPE it’s going to work. Cool concept, terrible execution. Avoid.”

“I had, years ago when this company was called Hynge, I think, bought a early 2013 macbook pro vertical stand. This one meets the quality and exceeds it. Much more simple to use with just a single USB C already installed in the doc. I'm sure this is due to the increase in technology of the Surface Laptop 4 from Microsoft. But yes, very simple and easy to set up. Comes with the necessary charger and a NA and Euro plug.”
