“I was excited to get this brydge, I've had my eye on one for a long time, but unfortunately it was dead on arrival. I've tried everything possible to get it to function with zero success. And I have not even been able to locate a means by which to begin a return for a refund. I'm overall very dissappointed.”

“I ordered a MacBook air docking station and you sent me a MacBook Pro docking station charging ports did not lineup so it is unusable and I had to send it back. Working through the returns process was a nightmare because your website does not acknowledge the fact that you made a mistake.”

“Macbook Pro 13' with touchbar... simply does not work. I can plug in the apple adapter directly in USB-c and it works fine, but try and go through the Brydge and nothing... Will be returning.”
