“hi, I'm going back and forth with customer support. Bobbi Jo is sending me a new connector but I'm not enjoying or happy with this dock. I would have liked the whole thing to be replaced. My dock at home works flawlessly. This one prevents me from physically removing the laptop (video sent) without struggling, and will not connect using to the screen using one set of usbc sockets. The usbc sockets on the other side allow the laptop to be removed easily (maybe too easily) and connects to the screen properly, but releases/disconnects after about 10 min. I'm a return customer. send me a new one........”

“As mentioned by other customers, the product scratches the exterior of the laptop that it is supposedly designed for. In my case, a brand new iMac Air. Feels like it isn't a fit -- should easily slide in to place but doesn't. In the end doesn't serve any real purpose as base is wide, takes up desk space; I don't use product but, instead, have laptop closed on desk as I use larger screen.”
