“You thought that my purchase was fraudulent. Them you sent me the wrong unit. I ordered a 2019 16'' you sent a 2019 15''. I am sending it back for a full refund. I will never ordering anything else from you. I wish that I could give you a no star.”

“There is the opportunity to eliminate dongles with this dock. Expand the ports. Provide a use case for people who need something more than what the Macbook offers. They feel short by unwaveringly following Apple's post-jobs poor decision making in hardware design. I would have shelled out $200+ if this was covered with 2 usb3.0, 1 hdmi, and 2 usb-c and a thunderbolt on the outside. Instead - you offered a glorified stand for one purpose - aesthetics. weaaaak af.”

“Docking the laptop isn’t very smooth. It doesn’t seem to fit well so you have to wiggle it and move it up and down. The second issue is it doesn’t wake up when you use a connected mouse or keyboard so you have to remove from the dock, open the laptop, close it and put it in again. Would be nice if there was a button on the dock that could wake the laptop.”

“Wouldn’t know! Waiting n package to be delivered, after three ‘delayed deliveries’ fed ex calls and verifies the business hours that are posted on my front door they say will be delivered today, no delivery and I closed 3 hours ago. :serious_face_with_symbols_covering_mouth:”

“When I purchased it there was no option to select a color that matched my Macbook, so I took off 2 stars as it's kind of a dark beige gray and I don't like the clash of colors. Otherwise it works perfectly and is really the only vertical dock of any substance available.”
