“I'm really trying to give this dock a chance, but it's quite the headache. Not nearly as smooth and seamless as advertised. I have to restart my Mac occasionally for it to work properly. Also consider that Macs need to be plugged into a power source at all times for extended displays to even work... so I must have my power cord sticking out the top of my Mac (kind of unattractive). When if finally works, it's great, but gosh does it take patience.”

“It took 4 months to arrive, with our advising this at purchase. I wonâ€™t buy again from you now. The mechanism that holds the laptop, the plastic bit feels a bit cheap actually and it can be hard to get the laptop out. All round, Iâ€™m underwhelmed.”

“The first dock I received wouldn’t activate the closed laptop. The support was great. They sent me a new immediately. The new one works sometimes. Others it seems to disconnect for no obvious reason. Other times the external drive doesn’t seem to recognize the computer when plugged into dock.”

“I love the look of this dock. However, even a slight bump of my desk will disconnect the laptop. This wouldn't be a huge problem on its own, but roughly one out of every five times this happens, it triggers an MCA error and a shutdown. Hope you saved. Pretty disappointing for such an expensive dock.”

“I’ve been wanting to own a Brydge MACBook Pro Fock for many months and finally made my purchase last month. The product arrived when scheduled and once I had time to zero it up it was simple and painless. The hardest part was rearranging my desk so all the wires plugged in as needed.”
