“I have a new MacBook Pro and am interested in not overheating the battery. This dock looks close to perfect in most respects but it introduces instability that is not acceptable. The computer will sometimes just instantly turn off. Or, the external hard drive will stop. Or, the Thunderbolt monitor will go blank. None of the above things happened before I got the dock and they do not happen now if I don't use the dock. I returned the dock where a person said that she used it over a weekend and had no issues with it so it was returned to me with the exact same issues. Anyway, it is useless in my business.”

“Overall, the product is sleek and solid - does what it says on the tin, and works as a great pass-through for the ports it docks with, even supporting dual 4K USB-C monitors. The only negative would be the amount of email Brydge will send you by default after you order.”

“Looks nice but isn't working properly and the return process is a hassle. I don't want to have to spend time making a video for support and go back and forth figuring it out, I wanted it to work as expected or get my money back. I just want to return it so I will end up paying to give it back, which I don't think is right.”

“The housing of the Brydge vertical dock for the 13" MacBook Air interferes with Bluetooth signals. My Apple Magic Mouse went totally wacky and was largely non-functional. My bluetooth keyboard was continually disconnecting, reconnecting, then disconnecting again. Once I took the MacBook out of the Brydge dock, all my bluetooth accessories worked perfectly. When I asked to return the dock for a refund, Brydge wanted me to troubleshoot the problem by making a video of it. Not exactly the sort of response that instills customer satisfaction. This was wasted money.”
