“I thought with the price that this would an equivalent to an Apple product. It is DEF not...I have the 16" mac pro, 2020 - The brydge doesn't see the laptop everytime. In fact, MOST times I have to take it out, put it back in a couple of times to get the screen to come on. Recently i haven't been able to get my screen to actually stay ON for more than 10 seconds. However, when I take the laptop out, it's all fine...There is also no place to turn your laptop on, via the Brydge...so I have to take it out, turn it on, wait the prompts then re-insert to the Brydge. I wasn't expecting that from the almost $200 I spent...Did they really design it this way??? Who does that? The brydge is meant to stay and function without having to constantly take the laptop in and out, multiple times a day... pain the ass ... So set you expectations low because at this point, all it does is stand my laptop up, sometimes it works, and keeps the power going. That's it. Everything else it does is a process and a pain. Sorry I bought this POS. I tried call customer service, whom don't answer and just tell you to email them. They say they have LIVE chat, but I haven't been able to find that assist anywhere on the website. Poor service. All around poor.”

“Nice footprint and clean design. Could be a little weightier- when I pull up on my computer it sometimes lifts the entire dock. “The pictures does not do the product justice. The base is made from sturdy metal alloy. I thought it was plastic from the pictures. The design is clean and everything works as advertised. Very satisfied. Well worth the investment!!! The cables I purchased also were a great value and are high quality.”

“This device isn’t as smooth at seating my laptop as I had hoped. It’s not really a docking station as it doesn’t add ports but simply passes through the two ports on the laptop. It’s really an expensive way to save desk space.”
