“My 2017 MBP has difficulty and gets lodged sometimes. Also the cradle mechanism the drops the laptop onto the usbc ports makes a grinding sound.”

“I love the look and convenience of my Brydge dock but my computer continuously slides out of the connection. This causes a problem as I have an external drive connected through the Brydge. When my laptop slides out of this connection, the hard drive is not ejected properly. It's a huge pain in the ass. I have to wedge pieces of cardboard in between the Brydge and the laptop for a secure fit in an attempt to avoid this and it still occasionally occurs. I am pretty disappointed.”

“This is a sturdier version than the most recent Zagg brand but the clips that hold the iPad or a bit bulky and as such do not slide easily into sleeves or padded cases.”
