“I like this dock. It’s space saving and stylish. However, my only issue is that when the laptop is asleep and in the dock, the computer doesn’t wake easily. The only way to wake up the machine is to unplug it from its power source and then plug it in again. That’s a little cumbersome. Beyond that, it’s a very good accessory.”

“I purchased this for my mom to keep her life simple, just put it on the dock and use in her office and pull off and put in her bag on the go or pull off and use in another room. When I first hooked it up to her charger and Thunderbolt monitor, the monitor kept flickering and going back and forth between laptop speakers and Thunderbird screen speakers. I thought the monitor may be bad? Or maybe the thunderbolt to usb-c connector was bad? After swapping ports on the BRYDGE unit it seemed to fix the issue. Only time will tell since the unit is still new. But something to keep in mind. On a positive note the unit is built very sturdy. It’s solid and fit seamlessly. Nothing seems cheap about it and it shouldn’t for the price. The color is on point too! And it looks amazing as it sits and saves desktop space. As long as it continues without issue I would give it 5 stars and highly recommend.”

“I loved the look of the brydge, and the feeling of sliding the mac into the dock, but about half the time it doesn't communicate properly with my monitors, and i have to spend 5 mins plugging and unplugging cables. not worth it to me, and i am planning on returning it”

“This is the first dock I have ever purchased because I recently started working from home and my little 13" screen was not cutting it. I did not like the idea of having my Macbook laying flat with 99 cords coming out of it, so when I saw this vertical option I was intrigued. I have had 0 problems, and it is so easy to just pop in and out when I need to work on my larger screen etc. i would 100% recommend this for anyone looking for a dock that will keep your desk space clean.”

“The dock keeps consistent connection, but a small bump on the table where the dock sits pops out the connection. It happened to me a few times, especially when I'm using to our work VPN through wired connection to my home router. Maybe the fit of the dock and Macbook should be a little snug so it prevents shaking thus getting disconnected when it gets bumped. That's why I am giving it 3 stars.”

“I originally purchased the 12.9, 3rd gENERATION and had problems with the left post. I gave up and purchased the high end Apple touch pad. I had a fire with it and Apple returned a new one. I then sent the one for Brydge to my twin brother and he continued with the same problem and it was eventually repaired and repaired until a new one was sent him (I guess i should had kept at it myself). Now I am going to try and buy a new one again. Hopefully I will have no problem with this one.”
