“I am quite disappointed by the quality of the product, it does the job, looks good, but scratched my ports on my relatively new Macbook 15" even when carefully inserted. The mechanism that lowers the machine into the port wasn't smooth at all. In my viewed, the design is fundamentally flawed. A suggestion for future products; you might want to create a detachable module that plugs into the 2 USB-C ports first before insertion into the base. This way you lower the risk of scratching the ports of your customers' Macbooks.”

“Was looking for a dock for my MacBook Pro, to setup a monitor and get computer off the desk. Loved the Brydge iPad Pro cases and wanted to give the Henge a try. No matter what cable I try, it won’t connect effectively to my monitor. And now they won’t take it back, they are making me jump through hoops, by video taping my setup and sending videos in. And since they only respond by email, which takes them 24-48 hours to respond, it has been a mess.”

“Purchased the dock for my macbook pro and on first use it put scratches to the body of the macbook pro. What a disaster of a product. And, customer service is the worst. They never answer emails. Obviously, they will not cover damages to my macbook and I still have to pay for return shipping and restocking fee.”

“So I order this Henge dock for my Macbook not realizing that my Macbook is newer than what this dock was made for. Ordered 11/9 for $149.00 plus $9.99 shipping and $9.94 tax total $168.93 I immediately call and request the order be cancelled and some customer service guy tells me they can't and he would process a return. I was thinking I would just refuse the shipment. So I get the RMA email shortly thereafter. The order ships on 11/12 and gets delivered with no signature, so now I have the package and thinking the RMA would give me shipping. Nope! I have to ship this POS back at a cost of $21.00 when it just should have been canceled in the first place. So I send it back and you think I would get a full refund.. again NOPE! I asked and this is what I got back... "Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of shipping for returns, I apologize for the inconvenience. However, I am more than happy to waive our restocking fee." Did I get my full refund NOPE.. Here is what they issued.. Subtotal $149.00 Shipping $9.99 IL State Tax $9.94 Total $168.93 Paypal $168.93 Refund Paypal - $148.06 Shorted me a little over $20. AVOID this company they are scammers!”
