“First, let’s start by saying that I’m a very satisfied Brydge customer and own 4 of their marvelous keyboards (2 for iPads and 2 for Surfaces). With that out of the way, the iTrack experience for me was more or less DOA. I charged it, I paired it, I followed the directions (which aren’t altogether that much different than the iPad keyboards I own so it wasn’t exactly rocket science) and then….nothing. The iTrack is connected but does zilch. I tried a firmware update via their app and it seems to want to update a keyboard that isn’t even paired to this iPad. I’m not sure what else to do here. I’ve spent $99 on a paperweight. I’ve LOVE to have the ‘click’ issues other people have because that would mean that my iTrack actually did SOMETHING but instead it just sits here, seemingly oblivious to my need to get things done and uninterested in cooperating with any of the many gestures I’ve tried to use. I’m pretty disappointed.”

“Potential. Needs updates. Pinch zoom out doesn’t work after zooming in. Instructions in the package lead me to do something with 3rd click that I cant even find in the menu—it wont load when I click on the device in accessibility menu Tried to update firmware on my keyboard and the trackpad but the brydge app isnt working—wont connect to the devices”

“This is a promising product that needs some more refinement. First, no matter how much I charge it, my iPad never shows more than 85% charge. Brydge support says it's an iPad OS bug, hopefully it gets addressed. I'm wondering if the battery life will be as promised. The click action is rough - really rough, so much worse than Apple's Magic Trackpad - but thankfully in iPad OS you can turn it off and simply tapping it does the click function. That saved it for me, I'd have returned it if I couldn't turn that off. Overall this is a decent product.”

“Nice size and excellent scrolling and navigation. I've found 2 little annoyances. One is that pinch and zoom works differently based on what app you're in. Sometimes (but rarely) it works perfectly, other times you can only zoom in and then out if you don't take your hand off of it and then sometimes even that doesn't work. The other is that slide over just stops working. Moving the pointer to activate it does nothing. Turning the trackpad off then back on fixes it.”
